Context Companion is a Chrome extension and related services that help you capture, organize, and recall context from your AI conversations across multiple platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). The Service may be offered in local-only or cloud-connected modes, depending on your configuration.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTEXT COMPANION AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
